Fantastic Support for the Bunting Girls

Every Thursday night over the winter Selkirk's Bunting Girls meet up in the Hammermen's Hall to make new Bunting for the Selkirk Common Riding. On Thursday the 15th of September the Bunting Girls were presented with a cheque for £350 from Jim Henderson of Bars-4-You and Mark Henderson of The Galloping Gin Tin. This will enable the Bunting Girls to purchase more material to make more new bunting for the streets of Selkirk for next year. Jim and Mark felt they wanted to give something back to Selkirk for all the business they get in Selkirk over the Common Riding period. This gesture is very much appreciated by the Bunting Girls. Many thanks must go to Jim and Mark.
